78er Summer BulldogPower Recap

SO impressed with the Summer middle school BulldogPower workouts this year. Privileged and proud to coach these young student-athletes, who showed up day after day to #MoveWellMoveStrongMoveFast.  By the numbers: 213 athletes sign up with a total of 1,247 training exposures. No other school district that I know comes close to those participation numbers. #WeAreBC

WMS 78er Summer BulldogPower Time Extension & Grouping

Good Afternoon, Due to the increase in sign ups for the 78er Summer BulldogPower session, we need to extend AND modify groupings of our student athletes so we can avoid space constraints and have a better coach to athlete ratio. One of the better articles I have seen written by a Colleague of mine, Mitch Gill, ATC out of Dacula HS in GA. This highlights the importance of S&C at the High School level.   So blessed that Byron Center Athletics takes pride in supporting BulldogPower to develop strong, athletic adolescents!
