Boys Swimming Performs at Conference

Playing college baseball a “privilege” for former Bulldog

  Mitchel Patterson played high school baseball at Byron Center from 2008-2011.  During his time as a Bulldog, Mitchel earned All-Conference and All-District honors in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and was selected All-Region in 2011.  Mitchel chose to continue his baseball career at Spring Arbor University.  He currently is a sophomore and pitches and plays

Byron Center Swimmers to compete at state meet

Five Byron Center swimmers will compete at the upcoming Division 1 state meet.  Bret Foster, Ben VanderWeide, Eric Pietrowicz, Landon Roodvoets and Josh Owen will participate in the meet based on achieving qualifying times in individual events and team relays. Byron Center Swim & Dive team places 4th in conference

The Byron Center Boy’s Swim and Dive competed at the OK Green Conference championships at Zeeland High School this past weekend (February 21-23).  The entire team participated in the the preliminary round of diving on Thursday night and the swimming events on Friday night.  The top 18 divers and top 24 swimmers in each event then competed in the
